Responsibilities:

Champion CEO's vision, leading the development and execution of a cross-functional sales strategy.

Identify market needs and guide the sales process to align with them.

Prioritize sales targets and strategies, ensuring successful customer acquisition.

Collaborate with the team to establish a sales-focused and user-centric approach.

Explore and leverage various sales channels and solutions to create a unified and effective sales experience.

Build and maintain strong partnerships to drive sales and ensure ecosystem success.

Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and market insights to refine sales strategies.

Advocate for customer success and act as their primary point of contact.

College degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value diverse educational backgrounds, including but not limited to degrees in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or even business-related fields.

Estimated time commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week with flexible hours.

Compensation:

Equity: Earn equity based on experience and commitment, with a four-year vesting period as outlined in our equity plan.

Base Salary: Your compensation will be assessed annually and may be adjusted based on your experience, skillset, and contributions to both individual and company success.
