Why We Exist
WaveOn Health was founded by athletic trainers who saw that too many athletes, no matter where they play, were missing the support they needed. Athlete health should never depend on location, budgets, or game-day schedules. We close that gap by giving organizations the tools, licensed expertise, and systems to provide proactive, ongoing care for every athlete.

Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower athletic trainers and organizations to keep athletes safe and healthy by extending access to prevention, recovery, and return-to-play care to provide athletic training care for everyone.
Our Vision
Adam Halpern, a former Stanford and U.S. Ski Team athletic trainer, saw that many athletes were not getting the care they needed, while the best athletic support was only available to a few. He founded WaveOn to make expert athletic care available to every athlete, no matter where they play. By turning his years of experience with elite athletes into simple, easy-to-use tools, Adam gives organizations the guidance and support they need to keep their athletes healthy, safe, and performing their best.
Adam built the foundation of WaveOn from years of professional expertise and a deep understanding of athlete care. After a serious bicycle crash left him with a traumatic brain injury and concussion, he experienced firsthand how expert guidance and coordinated follow-up accelerate recovery. His doctors were impressed with his outcome, noting it mirrored the care of a professional athlete. That experience continued to shape the vision for WaveOn: elite-level athletic care shouldn’t depend on location, budget, or level of play. WaveOn expands access to expert care through simple, scalable technology, helping organizations improve efficiency, support staff, and keep athletes healthy and performing at their best.
2021: Pilot launched with first schools and youth clubs.
